Reviews for Poké Bar in San Francisco, CA
Great deal if you?re getting the large, it?s a huge portion of poke and the quality is decent. It?s more than 3x the size of a... small, so if you get small it?s a huge mistake. This often makes up my dinner + evening snack. Salmon is their best fish, tunais fine, the others are a bit sketchy honestly. Highly recommend. Read more
Good fish, but the hot unseasoned rice as a base is fairly off-putting.
Service was fast, but pleasant. Eating area decent and the food had a good amount of flavor. I thought the price was a tad high... $15 for the small with a drink, but worth it for fast, good tasting food and a good size portion. Read more
Delicious generous portions to create your own Poké Bowl. Fresh ingredients with a ingredient listed in front to give you the... best options. Yummy and nutritious. I think this one of the best spots in the city for Poké. Read more
Super fresh and delicious! No wonder there?s a long mine in front of it?s cashier! But it?s worth the wait!
I took my best friend to eat poke at this place. And we both loved it. It was fresh and delicious. As my friend had never eaten... poke she was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Loved the whole open concept of the building where the bar is located. And also super happy to see how well cleaners are recycling. People who go here should be more attentive how they put theirtrash in the can. Place has reasonable prices for the amount of poke you get. Thank you Read more
I've been here a couple of times from the first week they've opened to the present. I'm happy that the quality and flavor has... gone up. I usually get rice with two scoops of salmon, ponzu sauce, and a bunch of the toppings. Mango and avocado are a $1extra, unsurprisingly. Because my office isn't far, I would just buy an avocado from The Market and slice it myself. You canbuild your own bowl, or you can order one of their pre-made ones. The line gets pretty long during the lunch hour, and it canseem hectic putting in your order. And if you're short like me, it can be hard to hear and speak to the employees as the sneezeguard is very tall. But the line does go fast. If your base is mixed greens, ask for more of the sauce. The greens are notdressed, so all the moisture will be coming from the fish. Unfortunately, the last time I ate here, there was a piece ofplastic in my poke bowl. I was really hungry, and luckily I wasn't inhaling my food because I would've swallowed it, and it wasreally sharp. I thought it might've been a fish bone, but after further inspection, it definitely was plastic. I didn't wantto walk back there from my office, so I e-mailed corporate, but I never got a response. I really like the poke here, but Idon't want to risk eating a sharp piece of plastic. Read more
