I encountered a barista who does not want to spend the time to make the perfectly creamy foam, and then patronizes me about what... I should have said to get the traditional cappuccino I want. In fact, I used their app to reorder, hence the same wording as thenumerous orders before. When I called customer service, they never returned my call. After years of being a loyal client andmostly receiving great customer service, I am disappointed about this. The company should care enough to return my call. I havegone to Peet's to get my favorite cappuccino for many years, not to get patronized or accused of having ordered incorrectly by alazy barista. I've been here 3 days now and have been robbed 2 times. So anyway I went into this coffee house ive never heardof it's called Peet's. Their customer. Service is the very best I've ever seen anywhere in. The entire nation. Today I enteredyet another Peet's. Yes this was the second robbery. Looking like. Hell the very nice lady behind the counter purchased mycoffee for me. No now no one knows of the robberies until I post review. The Peet's and I do mean every single one I've. Been inhave treated me with dignity. And respect. They do this with each anud every guest. This is absolutely the very best of coffeehouses. I love Peet's. This is a nice smaller shop with some seating. Being in the Embarcadero Center, I think it's designed more for... grabbing and going than sitting for a long time. That said there are some tables, and they are often occupied. I cannot speakto the coffee, since I am really more of a tea guy, and when the mood hits, hot chocolate.
