Palmer Tavern makes a great first impression. And it's well deserved. We visited PT late on a Tuesday, right around last call.... I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming decor. Super classy. They also have a ton of outdoor seating. I wasable to enjoy one cocktail and it was well prepared and tasty. Our server was friendly and a real pro. I will return to thePalmer Tavern without hesitation. Read more
Nice little happy hour bites and great cocktails. Toms of outdoor seating too which was great!
My partner and I went for happy hour yesterday at 4:30 and were greeted by the host who seemed upset that we walked in. We had... not said a word yet and their facial expression and tone was giving the first impression that we were inconveniencing them. Theyasked if they could help us in a pointed way. My partner and I were taken aback by this introduction while just trying to askfor a table. Our server was fine but did the bare minimum of service. We spent quite a bit for drinks that were poorly mixedand a greeting that made us not want to even sit down in the first place. We do not expect to return for mid food and drinksand a off putting greeting to the establishment. Which is a shame because the atmosphere alone is lovely. Read more
