One of my favorite places in the city. The staff is friendly, attentive, and creates an atmosphere that screams "cool local... joint." This is a spot I love taking friends and clients whenever they are in town. Their menu is small but highly recommendgetting the spicy pork, the spicy rice crackers, and the chicken tail skewers. Ask your server for a sake recommendation - theyreally know their stuff and have never disappointed and never over sold me. If you are looking for a fun night out with a smallgroup this is your spot. For the quality, this place gets 5 stars. However, prices are little on the high side especially a couple of the special dishes,... which can set you back about $40. Stick with their skillets. Along with a variety of skillets, we ordered one salmon dish for$18 and it came with 5 very thin slides of salon topped with greens and flower petals.
