Efficient and friendly service with great bagels. The clerk at the register was helpful and patient. The dedicated line staff... quickly prepared the order and were accurate with special instructions. The in store dining was closed and the store itselfseemed clean. Bad service! Placed a small coffee and cookie for a delivery for today, since we had clients coming to the office, and I... confirmed with the restaurant and they said it would be delivered at the time I requested. But did they deliver?? NO! Stay awayfrom this place it?s not worth your time or money. This isn?t the 1st time they did this, so I stopped for a while and decidedto try again. Boy shame on me! It was our first time visiting the San Francisco and trying Noah's bagels, and we really enjoyed both their sweet and savory... bagels and the store amazing customer service. What made our experience very special is that while the store was just closed fewmin before we arrive to the shop, the manager, Randy, let our family in and treated us with special of his popular bagels. I got the avocado breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel with two eggs Honestly, one of the most flavorless breakfast sandwiches... I've ever had in my life. Not a single thing was salted because it seems like they relied completely on the cheese to flavor thesandwich, but they put so little that it didn't help. Toasting always looks good but is rubbery?! Idk how much they clean their toasters, the bagel i order always comes out tasting a... different flavor depending on the day. Also they cant cut through a bagel all the way to save their lives. If I had a toaster atwork I wouldn't ever have them prep/cook my food. Very nice and cozy place. Good quality of food and they have very nice variety of bagels. My favorites are having many cream... cheese flavors. Happy to see NewYork in SFO ???? Nice lunch options are available. They have burritos too. They have chips forsandwiches. They have fish options for lunch. Beverages are available right from chocolate milk bottles to fresh orange juicesto fresh brewed coffees (both hot and cold). Not sure about seating in-store. We carried out food and had at near bypark. Store is neat and staff are very friendly and helpful. Egg lovers will have good time choosing egg items in bagels andsandwiches too. Busy in peak hours. I got a Santa Fe bagel sandwich and a spinach swiss bagel to go. Service was quick and the food was amazing!!
