Reviews for Nespresso Boutique San Francisco in San Francisco, CA

I wrote this review because the pictures are clearly misleading and very much out of date. The store on Grant, closed years ago... (the pictured location, don?t expect the same thing) and the new location is a small fraction of the size located on Grant. Itis limited in every way and clearly not a flagship. I have been there 5 or 6 times and always had to wait to make my purchases, which now have to come from the back of the store. They do have a small counter where you can wait even longer to have a tasteof one of their drinks or pick up your ?reward? for dropping off you recyclables but you will stand to drink it. Perhaps a pushto move more customers into mail orders. Read more

Employee was polite and professional. Offered additional options beyond what I visited for. The coffee bar is nice with... affordable beverages. Wish there was an option for a smaller portion than 16oz. Still a very nicely made moka. UPDATE: Ireturned today (the next day) excited to order another beverage only to find the coffee bar was closed. Employee stated it wasdown for maintenance...(please don't become the next McDonald's shake machine lol) Read more

Date : December 2018. Went there with a girl friend of mine, I was missing my french pastries so decided to try it out. Prior to... that, I went there a couple of times to buy some coffee capsules but never at their cafe. We pretty much ordered everything fromthe desert menu???? Everything was delicious!! We had an amazing time, stayed there for a couple of hours, and the waiter wasreally sweet, I remember that. Will definitely come back and I recommend it! Read more

They do have wifi actually, but there's no one else here to make it comfortable enough to relax and get work done. Feels like... I'm in some elite stranger's home. Also they don't have glass or ceramic cups if you don't want to waste paper cups and dine ininstead, even though their website mentions sustainability. Weird. Edit: also the coffee is really mild. If you seek caffeine, hit up Starbucks. Edit 2: also they have no soy milk, only oat milk and almond milk Read more

Easy to find in union square and had great quick deals to be had downstairs for refills for my nespresso at home. Best part was... that the deals couldn?t be found online. Read more

A little expensice but fancy and worth it. This place is very upscale and it has a rich feeling. You get a variety of beverages... (hot/cold). The prices are not that high and comparable to many other coffee shops around in the area. They have a coffee barfor quick orders and they have a nice seating area with power outlets everywhere. I love Nespresso! This is the 5th store I have visited (LA, Hong Kong, Madrid, New York & SF). Every store is clean, organized... and the baristas and sales people are professionals in every respect. Most importantly, the coffee is delicious and worth theprice even though it?s expensive. If you buy in Europe or Hong Kong, the prices are about half of what they charge in the US. Read more
