There is a reason it does not have a line? If you order a hot chocolate you are in for a ride! You can watch the hot water pour... and then a spoon of hot chocolate mix, 2 twirls and you can taste hot water in the parts that did not mix well, for other sips,just straight up powdery mix taste. I've always loved Mrs Fields, and do love those cookies. However I do know they are overpriced, and the lady there wanted me to... pay$10 cents for an extra bag (small enough for a cookie). Good food, terrible costumer experience. Read more
Very irritable and rude lady getting overly frustrated with my incorrect pin. Yes I understand she's trying to go fast, and yes... I took longer than it normally takes, but I did say sorry, and frankly, she had a queue of one person so she could maybe affordto chill out a bit. When my family and I visited San Francisco recently we picked up some cookies at this Mrs. Fields shop. I think the recipe is... now very different since Mrs. Fields changed ownership years ago. At all Mrs. Fields stores I have been to during the lastseveral years the cookies (I usually buy the chocolate chip cookies) are more generic tasting and not the unique and absolutelydelicious cookies I used to buy during the late 1980's. Too bad they changed a wonderful recipe that Debbie Fields developedall of those years ago! Read more
