Came in at 10:05, 25 minutes before the kitchen closed, and was told I couldn't be served because they had a staff meeting at... 10:30. Seems to me they had started cleaning the kitchen early and didn't want to have to start over. The 2 chef's behind thecounter were rude and laughed as I walked away. Rest of the cafe staff was very nice which saved this from being a 1 starreview. Read more

I've was really excited to give Mount Zion Cafe - UCSF Medical Center a try, but I came here mainly looking for food first,... coffee art second. So I was a little disappointed that their food menu was not too extensive, and the prices were extremelyhigh. I ended up ordering just a latte, which tasted fine, but I was sad that I couldn't get a decently priced meal from here. Read more

Good food for a hospital, staff is fine. Not a great selection but they do serve both pre packaged and hot prepared meals.
