Cannot recommend. Ordered medium honey-butter chicken with fries from the menu they wrote. Turns out it was honey-butter garlic... which made no sense. Fries were cold. Chicken was soggy even though it was covered in batter and I had fresh dine-in. Orderedbone-in and received 1/3 boneless. A year prior, I ordered a small spicy which only comes boneless but it came with bits ofbone. It kinda felt like leftovers of a chicken they fried up or was neck. Not boneless. I've been here twice now and thought it was really good and a good price! Glad that I didn't look up the reviews before because... I wouldn't have gone. Ordered at the self service register on 07/12/2022 at 5:33 PM. 20 minutes later I noticed ppl who had ordered after and around... when I placed my order were picking up food. Asked the man at the front if he had an ETA. He said mine was the next order. Iwait another 10 minutes and still nothing. I ask again and someone from the back says that they never got the ticket. 35 minuteslater after finally getting a refund, I leave no food in hand. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that their poor timemanagement has been a problem for a long time, so I don't expect it will get better. Too bad. I feel like we got duped twice. First off, I have no idea why our order took 20 minutes when we were the only people ordering.... Then when we got home, we opened the box only to discover we somehow got super soggy chicken tenders instead of wings. Thiswould have been zero stars if Google had that option. Self service ordering. The counter person was eating his lunch. Then a 20 min wait. I was the only order. I ask the counter... person why so long and he snapped at me ?It?s all craft made. It takes a while?. When I asked why there isn?t a sign to saythat, he walked away. The chicken arrived.. not hot. Not even sort of. Clearly it had been sitting. There are plenty of otherfood stalls. There was a long wait for my Medium box of Bone-in chicken. But the long wait for what? There was only 1 order ahead of me and... when I received my food it was cold. My guess is that they mix the chicken with cold sauce or the employees in the front areslow and are not as attentive as they should be. I bought the bone-in chicken expecting to only get wings considering therestaurant is called Left WING. But most of my order was chicken breast as they use the whole chicken.
