At the SFO location: food is surprisingly good but service was absolutely terrible. Order at the counter but no one ever asked... if they could take my order - I had to ask if anyone was ready for my order. Employees made zero eye contact, did not confirmthat they understood my order at all, seemed bothered that I was ordering and were overall rude. They also seemed SO botheredwhen I asked for a water cup. Also, $3.50 to add tofu and it was literally just plain tofu, not cooked or anything, which ismaybe $1 for an entire container at the store. That said, food was good, seemed fresh, and menu is well labeled for veg options.Given the absolute lack of service, I will not be returning and will try another option in the food court next time I?m here. I come here all the time. The service is fast (I also order through Ritual). I love getting the Soup & Sandwich Pairing with... Organic Tomato Bisque Soup + Turkey Pesto Sandwich. It's suuuuch a good combo! Always delicious tasting. Sometimes I likegetting the Grandma Mary's Chicken Soup. I recently tried their Asian Tofu Salad and that was really good too! Read more

I ordered the corn chowder which was tasty. But my husband and I also got the chicken Chipotle salad and when we opened them, we... found moldy hairs on the lettuce leaves in BOTH salads. It was awfully disgusting, and we had to throw the salads away. Fortwelve dollars a salad, this was a literally rotten deal. Read more
