They have some of the tastiest masa items in the city. Been coming here since I was a kid, and their product is always... consistent - this is where family goes for Huaraches, tortillas, prepared food (lunch) etc. Wish I could say it was a 'bestkept secret', but locals know. Read more

La Palma has been one of my favorites for many years. The food is as good as ever today. Not only do I enjoy La Palma but my... Grand-Kids have also adopted the La Palma authentic taste as well. Check it out. Take home carnitas, rice, beans, salsa andhandmade tortillas for your family. Yum! Read more

This is the only place to go for real handmade tortillas. Only store left in SF that makes tortillas the ancient mayan way. I... now drive 20 minutes to buy the groceries and food. The chips and salsa are the best in the bay area. Best Mexican store inthe Mission. Read more

Amazing food, reasonable prices. Great place to grab a pint of cooked beans or a stack of fresh corn tortillas. Tables outside... to eat your burritos and what have you. The vegetable burrito was great, tho if you don?t want large pieces of carrot, broccoli, and such I understand. Tortilla chips are incredible. Grab a full chicken for $10 or cater a party for $100. Would have gave it more stars, go early, they are very busy, got the feeling, they don't care for the customers as long as you... pay. There is really no parking, unless you get lucky like I did and get a spot. Beef tamales are good, refried beans aregood... Read more

I love this place. I was introduced to it a couple years ago. It use to be family owned not sure if it still is. The inside of... the store/restaurant is tiny, but full of goodies. These burritos are to die for. They set my burrito bar pretty high. Thecarnitas and taco sonora are delicous. Their tortillas both corn and flour are amazing. Yes they are pricey but totally worthit. I will drive an hour just to go get a burrito and pick up some tortillas. I feel bad that I didn't get a good picture of theburrito but it was too good to stop and take one. Read more
