Great local spot for sushi, not fancy but great ambiance. They have beer, sake, soju (no liquor). I like getting their flavored... soju and any of the rolls with raw fish. Read more
Came in, needed to charge my phone to be able to pay for public transit later, the waitress gladly accommodated me and found... another solution quickly when the first didn't work. Second waitress was also very understanding, took our order, and allowed usto move tables at my request. First waitress double checked that we had given an order, and later on asked if I would like anyextra sauce for the food I had ordered. Food itself was excellent! We got the chicken katsu dinner and 49ers roll. Both werevery tasty and large portion. Again, staff is very friendly and food is worth the price! Definitely give this place a visit. "Meh". The decor around the restaurant is pretty cute: there's lots of Ghibli art. The food was pretty lackluster though. Got a... party platter and a chicken teriyaki bento. They were both affordable, but the taste reflected the price. Service wasacceptable: the servers were responsive and the food came quick. Ordered 2 main meals, a side of sushi and a saki. Spent $31 dollars including tip which was perfect for the meal! Was super... filling and everything tasted great. (Other party ate something else so can't comment on their meal) Was a table for 3, twomeals arrived and the 3rd plate didn't arrive til maybe 5-6ish mins after but that felt like a long time to be waiting to waitto eat for the whole table to have their food, that might be a personal preference to wait for everyone food beforeeating.
