CHECK YOUR ORDER & COMPLAIN, ASK FOR REFUND if they short u! I ordered and picked up a 9 piece bucket yesterday and when... arrived home, I counted 3 times, only 8 pieces were in the bucket. A 9 piece without coupon is $22.49, very expensive, soshorting 1 is quite a bummer. I had a coupon so saved me a few dollars. I wrote to corporate already so let's see. I ordered family buckets and some fries. OMG, they disappointed me big time for the 3rd time. Chickens were mostly thighs and... they were dry, very dry. I believe they just re-heat them. So old and all you can taste is burned oil. French fries were same.Selling me food that were sitting out for a while, makes me feel I am robbed! Not the first time this has happened so if youwanted some chicken for the lazy night, stay away from this place. Save your money and time, look somewhere else! Ordered on Dec 8, 2021 around 9:20pm. Staff was very friendly and notified us certain item was out and must be made fresh. My... wife and I did not mind the wait if it?s made fresh. The staff(I believe it?s the manager) kept us updated on the waittime. They were extremely accommodating and made sure the orders were accurate and quality. Chicken had no salt/pepper seasoning! Bland batter. Coleslaw bland but the macaroni/cheese was good! Except for the blue shirt... wearing supervisor, Ryan, Jimmy or Jammie and the other staff at this 6th Ave & Geary Street location need to understand thatall people have money and need to respected and valued as such. Hi there, Before I gave 1 star cuz of stuff who was working there. I had really bad experience. Lastly I visited there and I see... some new faces and I?m so glad they changed workers . They are so helpful and polite. I?m really satisfied with serviceespecially ,AARON? he seems hard working guy and always ready to help. I like the way of how he communicate with customers. I was charged double the sales tax on an online order, and the store refused to take responsibility. I contacted KFC 6 times,... and was finally told they couldn't refund tax. Check you're receipts carefully, since they think they can overcharge sales taxand just keep the money. I love their chicken, but they have lost my business forever, as I won't do business with a crookedcompany. Read more
Found out that combo restaurants don't serve breakfast items. This is where I found that out.
