I?d personally go somewhere else next time. Plenty of options nearby. Smoothie was fine but we had an awkward experience.... Everyone in SF is aware that the mask mandate ended a week ago, but the employees at this store either didn?t get the memo aboutvaccinated people being okay to go maskless and/or Jamba Juice corporate has chosen to avoid the information. I love the place but their juicer is always broken, it's been that way for months. Very very disappointing.
Ordered some smoothies, well blueberry was a nice drink but other one with strawberry was kind ok ok. They maintained safety... measures very well. Friendly staff. Read more

I ordered a carrot karma smoothie and watched the worker throw a few carrot chunks into the blender and just blend it up. This... smoothie specifically says carrot juice (I checked later)but I didn't question it thinking he knew how to make the beverage. Ittasted like carrot baby food, I couldn't even finish it. I would have asked for it to be made correctly, but my friend and Ileft right after we got our fresh drinks :( Read more
