Ordered a "gotcha matcha" and my friend ordered a "razz ma tazz" I usually don't complain but the Matcha drink made by the young... women there was terrible and my friends drink was made by another employee, Keith. It was soo good and when he saw i was bummedabout my drink, He was so kind & offered to make me a new drink without me even having to ask. I ordered what my friend got andit was heaven. I am here writing about the experience that I had this morning with Jamba juice on new Montgomery because the Jamba Juice on... Kearny was closed when it should?ve been opened at 7 AM. So I went to this new Jamba juice for the first time I called My orderin ahead and when I arrived there was one girl trying to run the entire store alone. There were two people In line / themobile order tablets going off constantly / a door dash driver came in blaring his music and propping open the doors for noreason / and she was making my order. it was clear she was overwhelmed it was just too much for anyone to handle by themselvesso I want to say to whoever does the schedule needs to not have one person open alone it?s not fair because all it takes is forone problem To happen and everything is now messed. As a former store manger i never let my opening and closing shifts with justone employee. There should be a manager or lead present. It?s stressful and unfair. Unfortunately my pretzel was burned and myoatmeal was crunchy but I?m not complaining about her I?m complaining about the management of the store I don?t blame her forthat happening because she was doing her best she was calm she was polite she was nice but I could tell she was stressed out Ifelt bad for her because many people wouldn?t of handled this situation as good as she did. Traveling to the West coast for family vacation and very happy to see that Jamba Juice is alive and well out west (stores were... closing in Chicago where I was first introduced to Jamba). The SF spot we hit was as good as always. Unfortunately they didn'tmake the original Citrus Squeeze so I had to go Razmatazz and of course it didn't disappoint! Read more

I used to go to this location every morning, and the people work here are just amazing. They greeted me by name, knew exactly... what I wanted, and always went out of their ways to make sure my order was correct: it wasn't super difficult actually, just alot of brown sugar with my oatmeal. ???? Everything is fine, guys, BUT... you only serve take-away, and you have no bags to carry it all? Seriously? I had to walk... several blocks to my hotel with a bowl and a big glass in my hands, how cool is that? The food, however, is always fine, and thestaff is always fast and friedly.
