The fast food chain I have only seen in the west coast, Jack in the Box I was always hesitant to enter. The one on Geary in the... Richmond area was the one I used to walk to ride past everyday. Recently though I had decided to finally try it after so manyyears of avoiding it. I happened closer to the one on Union Square at that particular time and this one is also 24 hours. Soone morning at around 5am I set out to the location in hopes of getting one a good combination of some nice juicy burgers andtheir extensive breakfast offerings. The place itself is very big and has a lot of seating. One can only imagine what it islike during the big lunch and dinner rush. As I was waiting on the line, someone from the kitchen came to let the cashier knowthat there was an issue with the deep frier. Some customers did not understand the detrimental effect this would have on theirbreakfast plans. And they tried to order whatever it was they were going to order. The cashier was a polite dude who patientlyexplained more than once to a customer that there were no french fries or hash browns available...basically anything thatinvolved deep frying would be unavailable for an u specified length of time. This certainly put a damper on my food plans but Iwas still undeterred. I went with one of their nice hardy burgers and a teriyaki chicken salad. Everything was good but itseemed I had picked a bad time to visit this particular location. Maybe one day I will venture back to one of theirfranchises. Some takeaways - they have a lot of offerings for lunch and breakfast. They are a California staple as well as someother places. Read more

I ordered breakfast, & the realization that I became aware of as I waited for my order, to be absolute, was that it was actually... being chef cooked by a tall order cook! The result is astonishing; for the food is conclusive in its deliciousness, & at thecost of only $6.??, it massively outdoes a trip to any other breakfast restaurant, & their usual $18.?? comparison price. Thankyou Jack In The Box!!! ei'ieaellsan? Read more

This Jack in the box has 8 car parking (including 2 wheelchair parkings)space on the other side/back side. It has outdoor... seating for one family. Indoor seating is very limited with one table for wheelchair accessibility. It was busy when we visited(Sunday at 3pm). To use the bathroom we need to do a purchase. There is very little space inside to wait our order. We likedtheir spicy chicken sandwich. The nuggets were very soft and fried perfectly. They were awesome. Read more

These guys are doing an excellent job, they have never messed up an order and the food is excellent. Im always surprised by how... fresh and crisp everything is considering the volume they do. I've honestly never had a bad meal from here. Tons of respect tothe owner and the crew, you can tell they aren't just phoning it in. There food is just as good and often times better and moreaffordable than other so called "local" burger spots in the neighborhood that people sing the praises of. Stay the course, yourdoing great. So I come to this place where the employees don't understand English nor speak properly For a breakfast sausages jack combo that... is $5.79 the girl whoever's was the charging me like $12++ N when I ask her what is $12 for She was charging me everythingseparate. All I wanted breakfast jack without hashbrowns substituted by fries... how difficult is that simple order... thencomes another kitchen guy explaining in a translator app which did not give him proper translation... sorry but not beingstereotyped or racist.. they'll start talking in Spanish among themselves n later telling me if you don't like you cango... I've already been charged n y you're telling me this... if you don't understand English or speak that's your problem...don't keep blabbering in ur language... this is UNITED STATES.... maybe if you don't like it speak your language wherever you'recomfortable... English is preferred when you're speaking and understanding for real.... If they don't know their job n pricedetails it's not my problem... it's not the matter of money or a $1-2 charging extra ... tatz forgery we don't entertain thathere... post pandemic or not lot of people don't have jobs so every cent matters... maybe for you it's not as you're earning itby charging customers wrong..... To THE MANAGER : PLEASE KEEP TRAINED STAFF AND THAT CAN SPEAK & UNDERSTAND ENGLISHLANGUAGE ABOVE ALL DON'T OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER Read more

I was taking a stroll and just felt like getting some onion rings (I love a good onion ring) so I searched up where I could get... some and went in here. I haven't been in Jack in the Box despite living just a few blocks away. The interior is quite quaint, with just a few seats and tables to eat at. The man who took order was very friendly. I asked for one order of onion rings andnothing else. He offered me fries for free. I glanced and noticed a mound of fries, both regular and curly, in fryer basketssuspended over the fryer. He was probably just trying to get rid of them so they didn't have to go to waste. I said no thanksbut he asked again, so I said no thanks again. He stopped insisting so I paid and got the receipt. The onion rings were $4.99but because of a city health fee thing and tax, they turned out to actually be $5.58. I waited for a while and got my bag ofwhat I thought were just onion rings. He said "have a good day" and I replied "you too." Great service. I looked inside the bagand there were two little satchel bag things (I'm not familiar with Jack in the Box sizes), one with regular fries and the otherwith curly fries. I got home and tried the three types of crispy sides. They were all warm. The onion rings weren't onion-y atall and the onions pulled out of the crispy batter part. There weren't any dips or sauces or napkins. I won't be having thoseonion rings again unless I've been hypnotized. The fries and curly fries were just alright. Well, for the price, they were thebest thing ever (they were free) because I've never had free fries. Overall, the food is just okay. The onion rings suckthough. The service is outstanding however, which is why I'm giving four stars. These are good people. Read more
