I came here for a late lunch after going for a run with my bf. We ordered the Goodfellas to share since we knew we'd be having... dinner a few hours later and didn't want to overeat. You order at the touch screen kiosk and just wait for your name to becalled. Prior to ordering, the staff told us that at the time it was about a 20-30 minute wait, we weren't particularly in arush so we just walked around while we waited for our sandwich. I would say 15-20 minutes in I received a text that they wereextremely busy and the order would be pushed back another 20 minutes.... should've known after seeing so many people waiting andcars double parking to wait for their food as well. Service was fine but I was a little annoyed that no one called my name andwe had to check on the sandwich which was just sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. The sandwich itself was good, wasn't really warm or toasty when we finally got it though. The vegetables and bread are super fresh and it's a hefty sandwichso it's definitely sharable. A solid sandwich spot but would definitely recommend alloting yourself a little more time as theyseem to be pretty busy. Read more

I only recently heard of Irving Subs through word-of-mouth and I've been coming back and grabbing the custom tuna sandwhich.... Their garlicky mayo sauce is fire! My go-to sandwich is the custom tuna with garlicky mayo and dijon mustard. Fire combo - youcan't go wrong with it. It comes in neatly packed and the visuals and taste are on point. It does get pretty busy during peakdinner hours on weekends. Expect to wait a bit longer than usual but IMO well worth it. There's a wooden seating area rightoutside for those waiting for their orders as well. Read more

We ordered several sandwiches from here for a little get-together and were generally satisfied with everything. The sandwiches... aren't particularly unique or inventive like Ike's or Lou's but they are well made with quality ingredients. This is not a placeam dying to try again but wouldn't be mad about it if did. Read more

Really tasty classic subs. Takes 15 minutes to make after you order, so have a wander around the area (maybe visit Beanery cafe... nearby and grab a drink to go) while you wait. Read more

Everything about my sandwich was great. Maybe a bit more avocado when paying $2 extra? But it was delicious. Crunchy bread, not... too much mayo, thick pickles, even the tomato was ripe. Read more

Ordered the Giants sandwich, basically a Turkey BLTA on sourdough roll. Pros: - It was a decent size, good for two not very... hungry people or one hungry person. - price is good considering many places in the area cost $15+ for something similar -generous with the avocado, it kept falling out while I was trying to eat it - bacon was the best part of this sandwich, addingboth crunch and flavor. I?ll stick to my usual Italian sandwiches next time - I ordered at 11am on a Saturday and it was quick, ready in 6mins Cons: -This was my first time ordering from here (I did it on DoorDash and picked up), and it said on thewebsite that all sandwiches include pickles and pepperoncini, but there were literally TWO slices of pickle and maybe sixpepperoncini rings for my pretty large sandwich (see photo), pretty sad. Good learning, if you actually want to taste thempickles or pepperoncini request extra - The bread was fine but a little chewy, not super tangy sourdough. I?ll try the Dutchcrunch next time Overall: pretty standard sandwich, good value for the area Read more

No-frills sandwich shop with fast and friendly service and fair prices. I had a ?Beat LA? (oh yeah Beat LA!) in a sourdough... roll, which has turkey, roast beef and cheddar cheese (plus all the common ingredients). The sandwich has a good portion, Iwouldn?t call it huge but it was tightly stuffed with lots of meat and veggies, and I definitely felt its weight in my hand. There isn?t a lot of sauce though, so taste wise it?s a bit dry and on the bland side. I even felt like the sourdough was themost tasty part. Read more
