I picked this place for the reviews and seriously disappointed. Over-priced for what it is paying 50 dollars for the plates in... the picture. This is worse than panda express and thats saying something. The fried rice had no vegetables. The shrimp wasboiled with no spices. Nothing tasted good. The chow mein was tasteless. Chinese at the mall tastes 100% better than this. Read more

Excellent. Delicious. The best Chinese food ever eaten. The restaurant is small, no reservation allowed. You might have to wait... few minutes but it worth it! Service is very very fast and the food is delicious. Highly recommended and I would come back onceI will be in San Francisco again. Read more

If you are a true Chinese food enthusiast/native, don?t go to this place. Most of the dishes are either too sweet, not very... flavorful, or too gelatinous. Could be because of the dishes we chose though: beef rib clay pot, peking style pork, and snow peasprouts. The only thing that they got right was the vegetables in my opinion. When I was out of tea, I put up my tea pot lidand the waiter was amazed because most normal customers don?t do that. Infers that its mostly foreigners who eat here. Not a badthing in itself but it can show that most Chinese natives don?t eat at this place. Take it as you will. Read more

An interesting and enjoyable experience. Food was delicious Staff were hot footing around the single room. Tables were shared... with strangers which enhanced the experience. One of the few restaurants open on a Sunday but well worth a visit when inChinatown. Read more

Amazing food and unbeatable prices. Had some trouble finding it at first - it is on the second floor of a building. Went around... 8pm on a Saturday for take out and there was a long wait but it was definitely worth it. Got the B Deluxe Special which was anamazing deal. Honey Walnut Prawns were fantastic. Added some pics of the menu because it was hard to find online. Read more

Came here after reading about it on Reddit. It's been here for at least 10 years and long ago had really cheap prices. Costs... have certainly increased overtime and so has their menu but it was still good food. We sat inside and thoroughly enjoyed ourmeal. The restaurant is located upstairs so it may not be accessible to everyone. Glad to have come here once but because of theprice increases not sure if I would return. Still good food though. THE BEST CHINESE FOOD!!! I don?t think I can say enough for Hong Kong Clay Pot! The wait is absolutely worth it! We went for... dinner and waited on the steep stairs. If you have a hard time with stairs, this may be a place to have someone pick up andbring to you! It?s such a ?whole in the wall? in the midst of China Town. As you go up the stairs you wait for someone to seatyou. There are big round table and many little 4tops. We were sat on one side of a big round table with another family on theother side. We ordered spring rolls and potstickers for appetizers. We had sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, and a currydish. These were spectacular! We ordered a Beef Noodle dish from seeing it on the wall and when it arrived it was NOT what wasexpected. So passed on eating it and ordered Chicken Fried rice. It came out quickly and was amazing! (Most of their chicken isall white meat!) They do not split bills, so if you are coming with a big group, bring cash or be ready to Venmo the payingfriend. I have saved this place on my Google map and CAN?T wait to go back! Read more

Fantastic food and very good service. It's on a second floor. Great prices. One of the best places in Chinatown. Lack of... decor but that's fine because the food is 4 stars. Read more
