This is the shop to order delectable sundaes and ice cream concoctions. They also have a gift shop on the side. Plenty of... seating but we went on a busy Saturday night and had to wait for seats to become available. The employees were very polite. Whenmy cousin wasn?t sure what she wanted, the clerk said what she recommended and that whatever you choose, we just want you tohave a good experience with us here. The place was spotless and service was great. Went a little on the late side so there where no lines at all and service was... quick. Displays were fully stacked. Few bar stools to sit inside along with a few tables. Saw the option to order online forpickup and delivery using third party app. The place is connected to a hotel from one of the doors. There is no close streetparking not sure if you can use the hotel parking here. Read more

Ok, once we finally got our shakes, they were delicious. However they are so severely short staffed, with only two employees... working and only one working blender, it was ridiculous. The same person making the shakes would try to run out and clean thetables. Read more

Best sundae ever. Even a simple vanilla with chocolate icecream is Heaven here.

This place is special. The experience is actually better than the ice cream quality, to be quite honest, but it's worth a... stop...especially if you have young kids. It's quintessential San Francisco, and you can get lost in the flavors of chocolatesand sundaes. Have fun! Read more

Quality product with average service. Ice cream and chocolate is signature Ghirardelli quality. Mint chocolate chip ice cream... is awesome. Service was slow and unhelpful. Server indicated they would provide a specific side item but completely ignored. Read more

If you visit SF, you should have some Ghirardelli chocolate and/or ice cream. Even though it is way over priced for what you... get, I guess one is paying for some of the experience. We went to the store on Market on an early Sunday afternoon and it wasnot busy. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and funny. Read more

This is definitely a chocolate lover?s paradise! I was hopeful that the ice cream would be much better, but I thought it was... good not great. Don?t get me wrong I definitely finished it but have had much better for much better price. We had to try it outfor the experience though. Read more
