This is BY FAR the best place to get your fresh salads, soups and sandwiches in SF! I've been looking for a salad bar for a long... time and so glad I have Focaccia so close to my office! You can get anything you like. They even have a rewards program, soevery so often I get a few bucks off my purchase. This is my lunch place everyday and I LOVE it! I come here for lunch sometimes though it is in a building complex with several start ups and big companies, the line tends to... be short. The folks that work here are very friendly and work quickly on your order. The food is good and the smile you get fromthe employees is always nice. Read more
I had the oddest experience. It was just before 2pm and I was at the coffee register and wanted to order an espresso drink. The... employee at the coffee area told me I can only order coffee, no espresso drinks during lunch. I was perplexed and asked why(thinking the espresso machine was broken), and she said something vague; I think maybe to do with increased business duringlunch time. However, it was not busy at that moment, as there was no one else in line. So I settled on coffee. When I asked herwhat time I needed to arrive in the future to get an espresso drink, she was vague and said "it varies". Very unsatisfied. Shethen grudgingly offered to make the espresso drink after I had already received and paid for the coffee (I did not take her upon that). Also, nowhere on the drink menu does it say a cut-off time for ordering espresso drinks. Read more
