I love their potatoes and garlic pizza. This restaurant donated 7 to 8 large pizza pies a day to the Veterans Affairs San... Francisco Downtown Clinic. This helped many homeless veterans along with veterans in need but not homeless. Thank you..RLTW Read more

First of all- I have nothing against this place or any employee. I stopped by needing a quick slice expecting mediocre pizza. ... I checked google reviews thinking it might be ok with 4.1 rating. If you like bad pizza at outrageous prices - this is yourplace. $5 slice of thin crust pepperoni is easily the worst pizza I?ve ever tried in recent history . If it was $1 slice , Iprobably wouldn?t bother to right this review. At $2 dollars , it?s a rip off. Google reviewers - get your act together . 4.1 really? I can only assume these are all fake reviews . Read more

Unpretentious pizza spot. What I like is that it is out of the way from the hustle and bustle of downtown SF. Never crowded or... too busy when I've been there. Good solid pizza and reasonable (by SF standards) prices. Like the other Escape From NY Pizzalocations, they sell by the slice, which they heat up from already made pies. Read more

The pizza here is great. Try the pesto pizza it is much better than the just plane cheese.

Pizza by the slice will run about close to $6 (with tax). Slices are pretty decent size, larger or about the same size as most... by the slice venues. I kept it simple with a pepperoni but wasn't disappointed. The crust was thin but too thin. Bread wasn'ttoo crunchy, or too carb intensive. And the best part was pepperoni tends to be a very greasy choice, but for some reason theslices I had were not over run with grease and tasted great! Staff was friendly, quick, and cleaned tables as soon as customersleft. Seating is limited in an intimate space. Read more

Great thin crust pizza, and the price per slice is not bad at less than $4. The salads are absolutely fantastic! I did the... slice, salad, and a fountain drink and it was less than $10! They have super tasty soda on the fountain, including two differentkinds of cream soda. Definitely my favorite.pizza place in the area! Also, the staff is fantastic, friendly and fast. I'll keepcoming back to this place! Read more

Mushroom slice is not just tasty and crisp. It's downright one of the best mushroom pizzas I've had in a long time. It's not too... thick, it's not too thin, being smack in the middle. No BS here! It's really fabulous slice pizza! Only "thing" dragging it downis the price. Slices start at 4.15, mushroom is at 4.34 making it ever so slightly overpriced. Read more
