3 out of 3 times the pico de gallo has tasted rotten. The first time I thought it was a bad batch or end of day, gave them a... second chance. The third time I had forgotten. If they can't even serve fresh tomatoes, I don't trust the rest of it Read more

I have been going to the burrito restaurant for years. It has changed names but has been consistent in service & food quality. ... The Last 3 times have been very disappointing. Today, I asked my husband if he wanted a burrito for lunch and said; " as longas we don't go to the mean place ". I asked which one, he replied the one on 18th & Collingwood. I told him I've only had goodservice there. He was right, mean cashier that was very curt & rude. I later asked for a different tortilla, and she was onceagain very rude. We ended up with completely wrong orders. I will probably not go to this place again. Read more

Pretty low grade enchiladas. The chicken was dry and the rice and refried beans had definitely been sitting around for a while... since they'd dried out. Much better options in SF. Read more

I wanted to like El Capitan, but I noticed that my total price was always higher than it should be. On my last visit, I opted... for an emailed receipt and realized they were automatically charging me a bag fee for dine-in orders, plus a credit cardsurcharge fee without a clearly posted disclosure, as required by credit card companies and California state law. They?reripping people off, presumably because they know most people will never ask for a receipt. Read more

Had a fish burrito, it was good; the only bad part was that there was fish in only half of the burrito. Small amount of chips... and 2 kinds of salsa (green & red). Read more

Beware. I ordered a side of refried beans and a side of rice and it was literally a salsa size of rice and a salsa size of... beans. I got home and was sad... But what are you going to do other than pout and leave this review. Read more

The hostess and the cooks do not wear masks, as a teacher, it is very disappointing to see during the height of the Omicron... variant in the area. They do not care about their patrons, it is clear. It is unfortunate that Les Natali kicked out Zapata tohave the small chain take its place. Read more
