Reviews for Deli Board in San Francisco, CA

I came to San Francisco on vacation & saw the excellent reviews so I tried it. First, the sandwiches are good but the fries are... mediocre at best. Might as well get Chick-fil-a fries. Disappointed considering the sandwiches are $20-25 & the fries are anextra $11!! I wanted to love this place so bad however the staff was just rude. As in they lack social skills & I felt rushedwhen I was trying to place my order. I understand it gets busy but simply being nice & friendly goes a long way. Overall, Iwon?t go back when I?m in the area & I can?t say I recommend this place. Read more

Phat, juicy and flavorful. The most expensive sandwich I've ever bought but super great. The Carzle needed more slaw but man is... it worth it. They don't pick up the phone so be ready to wait in line. Read more

Ridiculously expensive but ridiculously delicious sandwich. Was skeptical but tried the Carzle and the flavor of the meats along... with their Board sauce is really good. No dine-in though. Read more

$20+ a sandwich but definitely the best sandwich I?ve ever had. I got the Armando minus the sprouts and wasn?t aware it?d be... toasted so it was off putting but I still loved every bite. Best turkey meat ever! They have an online menu and there is notdining in so if you don?t want to stand around and look on your phone be sure to look online first. My man was expecting a dinein experience where we?d be able to sit down and he?d really be able to examine the menu but unfortunately he felt rushed withthe whole online menu and asked me to pick so I ended up feeling rushed and didn?t really get to read much either. My man washoping for something super cheesy so he didn?t end up feeling 100% satisfied but I was very pleased. Read more

Maybe it's due to the pandemic that this place has high prices. But spending $21 on a sandwich was a pretty steep order. But I... still gave it a chance. I got the roast beef bacon provolone lettuce on a garlic French roll. The sandwich could have used somehot sauce on the side because the flavor palette was a bit salty for my taste. The crunch was great the roast beef wasdelightful however I don't think it was worth $21. I had a dressed to the waiter that it was my first time and I wouldappreciate a recommendation. Sadly through the recommendation I was not impressed. I hope With the years coming that they may beable to lower their prices $15 would be the maximum I would pay for this sandwich next time. Give me some pickles on the sidetoo for such a high price. Within the cost I help pay for your health care. It's the least such a renowned establishment can do. Read more

Absolutely hands down the best sandwich shop in San Francisco. I literally drove from Sacramento the other day to get a sandwich... from this spot. That's how good they are This sandwich is the mick B. The fresh bread was still warm when I got it and itliterally melts in your mouth when you eat it. It tasted like a great burger only better.
