We went to cybelles front room hoping for the best since it had been reviewed on check please and lauded. We wanted to try their... vegetarian dishes so we ordered a large pizza with the bbq sauce. We also ordered the beignets, the fake drumsticks, and thepizza knots. We thought the pizza knots with the marinara sauce was good. The fake drumsticks were unusual and also good. Thebeignets were dense and the sauce was too sweet. The pizza dough and texture was just not good and the toppings didn?t help. Itjust tasted poorly. There are plenty of vegan and meat-eaters options. I'm not a vegan, but I ordered the chicken burger out of curiosity. I have to... say that it was a lot better than I expected. But the highlight was the beignets with dip. I would order those a hundred timesmore. Very yum. Read more
I recently had a gig at the Academy of Sciences and Cybelle's Front Room was really close by. I was excited to finally check out... their vegan menu that I heard so much about and it did not disappoint! I ordered BBQ wings, Loco Moco and even got desert.Everything was perfect and you could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. It was so good I had to return the next dayand try some more. I ordered the custom calzone and it was absolutely perfect with 5 toppings of my choice. The staff and ownerwere so welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is really nice inside. Amazing vegan food in SF. Chicken parmesan rocks, so does the garlic knots appetizer dish. Tons of vegan options.. really, the... menu is endless, the owner is lovely, very friendly and helpful. Make sure you'll have your vaccine hard on you, they card you,no joke! Read more
