Pretty fun bar, there's a pool table but it gets a bit crowded on weekends. Their fries and burgers are amazing! Drink options... are pretty good and the staff are usually pretty friendly, although it took over an hour for us to get fries on a busy night forone visit. The music is very loud which some people like but I found it hard to talk with friends. Read more

Tempest is one of my favorite places in SOMA. It?s a great place for drinks and a bite at any time of day. There are a ton of... draft beers, specialized bottles and plenty of booze for cocktails or a stiff glass of whiskey. The Industry Special (High Life& Shot of Fernet) is a good start to any weekend. As for the food, the menu changes and I?ve always ordered the Nachos andCuban Croquettes, both great options to start. I think their Box Burger is amazing. The bacon gastrique on the burger makesit.
