I had a situation with my order asked to speak to the manager he did nothing about it

Ordered on 3 separate occasions and the food was always bad. The 1st time the carnitas tasted and smelled sour, a few of the... other reviews have mentioned this. My stomach felt a bit uneasy after finishing the meal but didn't make too much of it. Shouldhave realized my stomach was telling me a warning. 2nd time I ordered, the food gave me stomach cramps, bloating, andnauseousness for a few days. 3rd time some of the rice was undercooked and cashier took the receipt from the printer and threwit away right in front of me. How am I suppose to rate Chipotle without a receipt? I should not be surprised by the foodquality given Chipotle's history. Read more

Service at this location is lacking. Sat at the front for about 10 minutes, while we were the only people in line and they had... about 5 people behind the counter. Noone helped us til the designated employee was available. Once we got helped the employeesall seemed they did not want to be there and did not make us feel welcomed. The food also ended up being bland. Not the case atthe Westlake location. Much prefer it over there. Read more

Chipotle has an impressive operation. The food preparation & presentation, the customer service and clean spacious dining room... are the main ingredients to the operation. My favorite food items are the Carnitas and the bowls. Read more

I liked everything, the meat is very soft and tasty but spicy..

This was the first Chipotle I ever had in my life. This was the Chipotle that has kept me coming back time and time again... regularly for 6 years. It was my first time back at this location for a long time and the quality has not changed. This locationis so popular that they sell out on their first batch of white rice in the first 20 minutes of opening. There's some fiercecompetition for food customers at this mall and I'm glad the have lasted through the years. Read more
