A great seafood place in the Castro. Always nice menu choices, with an interesting daily special or two. The cioppino is great... and generous. Fun to eat shared with a salad. Full cocktail bar in case you want a break from iced tea and wine. You can dineindoors with fabulous decor, outside in nice intimate parklet cubbies, or on the patio with a fireplace or open air windowsdepending on the weather. We found this awesome place to eat before headed to the airport in San francisco. The ambience was fantastic and the food was... wonderful. They put together the special combination for me and I absolutely loved it. But when I saw the fish and chip servedto another table I drooled. I think I'll be trying that on my next visit. Read more

Went here for a date night and was very pleased with everything. The muscles had the most amazing coconut broth that I couldn?t... get enough of, the tuna and salmon were cooked perfectly, and the oysters were absolutely delicious and fresh! No need to endure the waterfront mobs to get an exceptional seafood experience. Catch in the Castro is phenomenal. The ambiance... is beautiful, the waitstaff excellent, & all of our dishes were expertly prepared, seasoned, & plated. Easily one of our bestdining experiences during our 5 day vist. Read more
