Good tea flavor but definitely on the sweeter side. The kaya toast wascrunchy and warm but the kaya jam was actually cold. Good quality milk tea so you can still taste the tea along with the milky sweetness. Boba quality is great with some chewiness... without being starchy in the middle. Big plus is that this location doesn't seem to suffer from the same huge lines as otherlocations. Read more
