They do not offer build your own for Thai Tea. It is pre-made with condensed milk. There's also no bathrooms for customers and... no parking. Read more

Decided to check out this neighborhood and came in here since there was no line and the space looks great for chilling. The... black sugar hojicha on the seasonal menu was very tasty. Good tea flavor but definitely on the sweeter side. The kaya toast wascrunchy and warm but the kaya jam was actually cold.
