Except for the slow service/lack of enough staff preparing orders, the concept of being able to customize your pizza as it's... being prepared while you are in line is novel and enjoyable. Once you get to order, the prep process is pretty smooth and thetime it takes to bake in the oven is rather quick. They are generous in toppings if you choose the build your own option butthey are also more than willing to add anything to your pizza order if you order from the preset menu. We ordered the White Topand the BBQ Chicken 11 inch pizzas which were extremely tasty. The wood fired dough is perfectly thin and crispy and perfect toshare...or not ????. We were so hungry that we didn't even stop to take pictures but I promise we will next time as we aredefinitely going back! Read more

The pizza is ready fast and is pretty good. It's all thin crust, so if that's not your style, this isn't for you. You get to... choose your toppings then they fire it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. The operation is confusing, and moves fast, so be ready toanswer lots of questions. The seating area is very basic and things like drinks and paper napkins are arranged badly, blockingthe waiting area, so more confusion. But the pies are pretty good. Read more
