I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel and a cup of coffee at SFO on Thursday, July 14th at approximately 5:30 am so I could eat... on the plane and take my medicine. When I opened my bag on the plane the bagel was stale, hard as a rock and not consumable.Please ask your employees not to sell stale $4 bagels. Their is no way they thought it was fresh.
