It is unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary to make a sandwich with lettuce that has just been touched by a roach. My husband... noticed that while the woman was making one of the subs and was about to put the vegetables on it, a roach walked over thelettuce. And the woman making the sub (AKA "THE MANAGER") thought he didn't see it. But he most certainly did and saw that shesaw it too, making a face like oh! So he requested a new sub after she still put that dirty lettuce on it! nobody wants to eatanything that a roach just touched. The woman refused to make a new sub. She stated that the sub was clean and that the lettucewas OK like nothing happened, and he asked her to please make another sandwich, and she refused. To me, and to anybody, Ibelieve that is very unprofessional and disgusting, and very offputting to know that even though a bug walks all over your food,there's subway refused to correct a that situation 1 star is even too much for them! They do not honor the specials on the Subway Company promos on their website I asked they said that they do not participate in... promos, that's the rrarosnake guy there. What makes this Subway excellent is the service. The ladies are friendly and fast, they do a great job and are professional.... Seriously. Otherwise, yes it is a chain. But if you want a quick lunch this is a good place to go and the service is as good asit gets. Read more
