I will never return to this location. The worst costumer service ever.

I gave it 2 stars because this is the second time we come and the girl that helped the first day touched money and didnt bother... to change her gloves today we come and touched the screen her pants and the audacity to pick up my yogurt with her thumb insidethe cup I just hope she did not touch my yogurt. Place it good. But today on 6/24/19 at 3:00pm and they said the party room was close but not sure why If no one was there and... kids like playing in there because they have big tic tac toe game ... that?s pointless having room that?s kids can?t go into toplay. Read more

This place is great for the kids. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for a small cup of ice cream. Plus they only charge... you by it's weight. You can pack on as much goodies/toppings as you'd like to spend. Definitely coming here again and again! Read more

LOVE THIS PLACE THEY ALWAYS HAVE SO MANY MORE CHOICES THAN OTHERS ACROSS THE STREET ;) YOU CAN ALSO HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTIES HERE... IN THE PRIVATE ROOM SERENA IS THE BEST HOST SHE IS REALLY GOOD WITH THE KIDS AND VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET. Although hours of operation say otherwise, the employees will start kicking you out an hour before closing! Last night a very... rude employee confronted me for unstacking chairs to make sure my children had a place to sit and eat their ice cream!!!! And totop it off - she rolled her eyes at me. They also say they are out of chalk 99.9% of the time ... just to make sure the childrendon't write on the chalkboard and lord forbid, they have to clean it again, after closing hours.
