I'll make this quick and simple because why not: I love In n Out. Love their burgers and fries. ???? I will not talk about... their food. Instead, I will talk about employees. I was #19. They served 1-39 already, and I was still waiting. I finally askedabout my order after being understanding for a long time. They told me, they're still making my food ???? They are pretty busyand I understand, but bad service won't go unnoticed. After all, we all get tired. In n Out employees were tired. I was supertired and hungry. In n Out is always super busy. This was probably the first time I got a burger that actually looked like the one in the menu lol. What can I tell you about in... and out besides it always being busy. I noticed prices have increased, but it's still very cheap meal for a good burger. Inormally get a double double not realizing it has a ton of calories lol good thing today was my cheat day. Really good burger! Juicy meat, fresh lettuce, tomato and onions. We had the normal fries and the cheese fries. Both are... amazing, however the cheese was just a little bit more tasty. Refill station had the usual choice of drinks. Definitely thebetter burger than McDonalds and other competitors! Read more

Honestly , most uncomfortable experience ever. Ordered from an employee named Victor. He was giving me Jeffery Dahmer... vibes. One mistake from the order ;for example, like asking for no onion instead and all of a sudden , he becomes rude andweird. He was cashier the whole time and suddenly when our number came up, he just had to serve that one. Also, my littlebrother asked for 8 spreads for the order and only gave two.
