This is my go-to Starbucks. The customer service inside is excellent. Even when there's an issue with the order ahead app. They... are more than happy to help you. Was there this morning and saw a delivery person trying to pick up an order.. the staff ingored the driver and had the order... where customers pick up regular orders plus saw other customers coming in and they turn on their friendly ness on..but not tothe delivery driver. Plus saw her being friendly and professional even though the staff was rude that's not right she was onlydoing her job. I think I will report this store to corporate. The staff is new please bring back the other ones you had .Doesn't feel the same anymore. Even the manager is not friendly very rude. You need to retrain this staff to treat everyoneequal including delivery drivers you need them to deliver to your customers... The drivers represent the customer who chose tohave someone else to pick up their orders... So wake up and treat everyone equal. I could see in their body language. So againwake up or you are going to lose customers and improve on your customer service it goes both ways. Read more
