I?m very disappointed at this location. Specially with Nick the manager and one of the leads. I purchased a bag of whole grain... coffee bean at Costco by mistake. I normally buy my coffee ready to brew. I went to this Starbucks and as soon as I entered someof the staff looked at me and put their heads down like saying ?I do not want to tell this customer that we can?t grind his bagof coffee?. I had to make the line and wait until I got to the cashier to let me know. The cashier moved to the side and thelead took over. He had seen me already with the bag of coffee in my hands. He said ?Sir is your bag already opened? and I saidyes, we won?t be able to grind it for you, I said why? He said, it?s our policy.? I asked if I could speak to the Manager and hesaid ?Well I am the lead, like saying I know what I am saying.? He called Nick, manager who said that my cofffee could becontaminated because I had opened the bag and could also contaminate their equipment. I asked if there was any way to disinfectthe equipment after grinding my coffee and he said that the policy was not to do it unless the bag was sealed. I said well thereis no disclosure or label on the bag to tell me that I have to wait for someone to open it, if I don?t have the equipment togrind it myself. Nick was very firm and said that he was not going to grind it for me so I left with that sour taste in mymouth. I went back to Costco and did it with no problems whatsoever. Too bad for this location, I will tell my friends andfamily not to go there because this is not the way you treat customers. They forget that they have a job because of all theirclients. Read more
They're coffee tastes over roasted and bitter. Not sure why people like Starbucks, but ok
This Starbucks was slammed this morning with a full drive-thru. We actually chose to park outside the Starbucks parking lot in... the wider shopping center parking because of the backup. The baristas still did a great job of getting out food and drinks outin a timely fashion. Kudos to a diligent staff. Read more

We have enjoyed coming to this location for the past few months, so much that we drive 25 minutes to have our drinks inside... where the vibe is awesome. But today I can?t say our visit was as enjoyable due to the fact that a few customers were allowed tobring there non service dogs inside with them as they waited for o their order. One dog kept scratching himself as if he hadfleas and was only a few feet from where my wife and I were sitting. I believe it is still illegal to have non service dogsallowed where food and beverages are consumed. Read more

I went at 9:00 pm was told that the lobby was closed when I had gone on Wednesday at 9:20 and it was open and when I look at... there closing time In google it never says that there lobby is closed at 9:00pm the manager was rude.
