This location has very inconsistent hours. It's never updated correctly. They turn off online ordering and turn off phone calls... but if you drive by, it says open and see workers inside. When you do catch them open and can place an order, they do it rightand tastes great though! Sucks they are so inconsistent with their hours since this is the closest one to me. Read more

Up til recently this has been an awesome store with phenomenal quality and service. I've come to count on them for delivery and... carry out and they had always been the best. Until a few months ago: they've been closed during prime dinner time. My son and Ihave tried to order and cannot. The staff state they are understaffed and that they must close early certain nights. Only thingis, we don't know when. These poor workers are busting their hydes to do their best but with only a few people they cannotpossible meet the demands of the customer base that has cultivated over a very long time. And they've been incredibly politeunder such strain. Their morale is low and clearly they want to leave. This means less open hours. What happened? As for rightnow, I have been at the store over an hour and it will be another 15 to 20 before my order is ready. But then how can I paycash? The doors are locked and when you call you have to listen to the long greeting describing the menu. But that's the onlyway. I will continue sticking with the store. Not losing faith they will return to the standards they held not long ago. My sonloves this pizza and I promised him Dominos tonight soni am waiting. Read more

Update: They must have had a change in staff. The experience we had today was absolutely awful. We placed two orders. One with... the app ($45 and change) and one over the phone because there was no way to be specific with the large pizzas they wanted. Thephone in order was almost $45 as well. This isn't rate for us. We typically do this once every other week. Not again. We weretold he call in order would be ready at 625. The app said 6:22-6:35. We arrived at the location at 6:25. We called in to letthem know that we were there. As we always have before. Only to be told the call in order wasn't ready and they couldn't tell uswhen it would be. I really hope they record their phone call's because BRENDEN was arrogant, snotty and absolutely rude. He toldme he couldn't give me a time in when theblarges would be ready and he wasn't the "master of time" I felt as if he was talkingdown to me because I was a female. I then asked him to just cancel both orders. That I wanted to speak with the manager (heclaimed that was him but I HIGHLY doubt this). He then told me that I would lose what I paid in the app because he wasn't goingto refund me for "my problem" I told him I would be contacting my bank tomorrow and letting them know of the fraudulent charges.We ended up spending only a little more and going in at a great sit down pizza place down the road. Dominoes just lost severalcustomers with this interaction. I'm leaving my previous update below because until tonight, our experiences.have ways beenperfectly charmed. The staff was amazing and their tips always reflected that b I'm saddened by the changed they have made andwe will no longer be frequenting Dominos after how we were treated. The pizza is always on point! The employees are super niceand always go above and beyond for us! Ordered a large pizza for curbside pickup at the Domino?s outlet in Foothill Blvd, San Dimas through the mobile app. When the... app stated that the pizza a was ready, I drove in and parked at the 1st slot on the 2nd row of the parking slots. The 2 minutecountdown started at 3:58; with a notice that The pizza should be delivered by 4:00pm. However, the timer for the countdownstopped at 49 seconds; and the pizza wasn?t delivered by 4:01pm. I called ip the store to ask where my pizza was at 4:01pm. Thepizza finally was given to me by 4:03pm?. Way past the 2 minutes guaranteed delivery?. How come I wasn?t offered the free pizza? Read more
