Normally we have a positive experience when we come to this location, but tonight our experience was awful. The male cashier ... (the name on receipt said Rupert) was so rude to me and my husband. He acted annoyed with my husband when he asked for sourcream on his burrito, snapping at him that it comes on the side. When he asked for the lime dressing, he ignored him. When Iasked for tres leches cake he said "we don't have it". He was overall a jerk to us. I called customer service to complain andthe girl that took my call wasn't any better. She sounded so uninterested in my complaint and went through her questions likeshe was reading from a script, as if they get these calls all the time. They probably do with a cashier like that. The otheremployees were amazing, but this guy clearly hates his job and it shows. Find another job, dude! Read more
The food awesome and delicious. Order ahead and they have it ready when u get there. Plus one time they called me up when I was... heading to get my food to tell me they r out of the hot sauce and told them give me the next sauce down from it. They said ok.Very helpful and friendly. Read more
The salad is delicious! Healthy, too!
Ordered burritos online and both times they didn?t put the salsa on the side. This time I checked before I left and asked them... for the salsa I ordered. They refused to give me the salsa and said you have to order it. I said I did. After 5 minutes of themarguing with me, I pulled up my receipt and showed them it was on my receipt. I'm a stoner and the menu states combos for tacos and enchiladas (rice & beans) and I ordered a 2 taco combo but only got 2... tacos (no rice & beans) the tacos were good but I had anticipated a combo and paid for a combo. Thus why a 3 star review. Firsttime at this place so I was a bit disappointed for not getting exactly what I ordered after waiting 10 mins to order but thefood was good but 2 tacos for $13 is way too high considering what you'd pay at 90% of random places. Portions for meat are very stingy, way over priced for what they give you. They food was good, and so was the service. What... provoked the one stare review was the cockroach on the floor when I went to pay. Employee saw it too. They didn't seemsurprised. I won't be coming back anytime soon. I went to get lunch for my boyfriend and myself today and had such a great experience! It?s been some time now that I?ve receive... such quality service! The two lovely ladies helping me were extremely fast, knowledge full, and very helpful with preparing myorder. Then thee sweetest lady I?ve had the pleasure of knowing helped me with checking out, such sweet and friendly customerservice! If I could I?d give them a 6/5 stars! We really like this place. We enjoy the food and a pretty good atmosphere. Not sophisticated dining and no table service but if... you like Mexican style menu items they have some nice variations on them. Read more
