I am so happy that this place didn't permanently close. This is a great place.
Drinks were excellent. Ordered the chicken and waffles and though it was advertised that it was marinated in buttermilk, I guess... they forgot to season the buttermilk. The chicken had a great crust but it didn't taste like anything. Same for the chicken. Thewaffle with cubed bacon was outstanding!! Trendy, urban, sports bar in the re-developed North Park Neighborhood. The menu is a bit limited; I had the West Coast Burger... and it was full of flavor and lots more than I could eat. The waffle fries were excellent, the ketchup mixed with chipotle wasdelicious. The Strawberry Margarita was very tasty; they only do Margaritas on the rocks. Prices are on the high side; but, soare all the restaurants in that area. The ambiance is LOUD!! Not a place to have a conversation; but it's a great place forhappy hour. I've been here many times but this was my first brunch outing. The food was good and presented well but really what stood out... from it all was the ginormous cinnamon rolls to end all brunches!
