Terrible drive thru service. In line over 50 minutes. Started making our food when we got to window and made us wait additional... 10 minutes than told me the bake potatoes not ready, had to wait longer, then 5 minutes later gave me a refund and won't beready. !!!! It's just basic fast food but is good for that. Burger is smooth. Ice tea fresh brewed. Chicken salad had good portion size and... decent dressing. Good for a quick meal. Read more
I give Wendy's 5 stars as the male staff person was multitasking like I've never seen before! Wendy's management this man needs... a raise! I only got a baked potato with bacon bits which were far and few between.. but, still good and their new pineapplemango juice. I liked it next time I would get an extra glass of water and break it down as it is very sweet. Read more

I was at the nearby Total Wine store in Mission Valley. I should have gone to the Wings n Things but this one didn't have beer... so I spotted Wendy's across the parking lot. I ordered thru the app then proceeded into the drive thru line as instructed. Gavethem my name at the speaker box and they had me pull ahead. At the window, I was asked if this order was for delivery ormyself. Weird. I should have checked the bag. I was then handed a dark soda and said that's not mine, could you check theorder. All in all, they got the order right but gave it to the wrong person. The receipt clearly says delivery order and wewent over that right when I showed up at the window. I didn't bother to contact the restaurant as the order they handed metotaled more than my own. The fries were absolutely terrible by the way. Read more
