Menu for Watami Sushi in San Diego, CA

Great service, very generous portions and relatively low prices compared to similar sushi places. If you're super picky with... sushi, you might not be particularly impressed , but I go here when I want to stay in my budget and enjoy some AmericanizedJapanese favorites. Been here several times with entertainment coupons, but they have great deals even without them. Only maingripe that makes it kinda hard to overlook... The manager (owner perhaps) though nice lady conducts her business in the maindining room and she's quite loud to the point it's a little disturbing if you're trying to enjoy your meal in peace. Veryun-japanese lol! So if you're going here for decent Japanese food at great price point you'll probably like it, but it's hit ormiss with the ambience if you're dining in. Read more

Great spot for a quick meal. Usually not too crowded.

Huge menu!! So many good choices! The lunch specials are amazing and such good deals!! Everything is priced very fairly! Fish... quality is pretty good I have been here many times and never have had a bad experience. The chicken here is also great! When Iget the lunch bento box deal I get 6 pieces of sashimi and the grilled chicken with rice and a soup. Great deal that you can notbeat price wise! Good food, but can have slow service

The tempura vegetables made my night! Have not had the opportunity to dine in at this location but have had orders to go. The... food was well cooked and tasted great.
