We have always loved Tio Leo's. Their chips and salsa are the best! Try the crab enchiladas...they don't disappoint.

We Have been going to this restaurant for years. It has gone down hill tremendously! Went in today and sat down for 20 minutes... before anyone came to great or ask if we wanted water. Next , we ordered and another 20 minutes later, we get cold food and totop it off, our tortillas came with someone else?s receipt in between 2 tortillas. We asked to see the manager and he didn?tshow up for 40 minutes. When he finally came to our table he was very calloused and unapologetic about the whole situation. Hewas more about excuses than trying to keep a customer. I am truly disappointed that a once decent restaurant has deteriorated toa sloppy mess. Find another place to eat and avoid the disappointment. Read more

We came back to SD for our 16th anniversary and Tio Leo's did it again! Ricardo was our server, had great customer service and... attentive. We had the Steak Ranchero Plate and Carnitas Flautas. Food was seasoned well and great flavor. We enjoy ourselveseverytime we come down to visit. Read more
It seemed that it was much better years ago. It was okay. But are they ever going to put flooring in the bar? That just makes it... look kind of gross and it's been like that for years. I mean they do wonderful things with flooring these days.... Update therestaurant. Read more
