It?s the ONLY HAM I will eat I don?t think I?ve ever taken a bad bite it?s a great ham
Just had a smoke stacker sandwich on 5/31/22 the sourdough bread was so stale it wasn?t edible. I mentioned it to the gentleman... who made my sandwich. He could have cared less. Didn?t say a word to me. Could have said I will put it on different bread oranything. Worst service. The manager needs to know. Just stopped by and the manager Millie was so nice and made me an amazingsandwich combo. Thank you Millie. I love eating these sandwiches. Read more

I understand these are very difficult times, but I must say I'm truly disappointed and will never try again. I ordered Easter... dinner on 3/31 to be delivered on 4/11. It never was delivered. I get it, delivery now is a problem and I can deal with that.However, I just called their customer service line, no apology, didn't even seem to register with her that this really had animpact on my family. She wasn't even surprised, so I assume this happened to a lot of people. On top of that, my refund is goingto take a very long time - it took them less than a day to take my money. Just extremely disappointed, won't be back and willtell people not to waste their money on HoneyBaked. Read more
