Unprofessional drive-thru etiquette- we literally had to call out multiple times to even be acknowledged. And when we were? The... woman started yelling in Spanish at her coworker over the microphone, like we needed to hear that. She also had the audacity toask for more time after us waiting at least 5 minutes.
