We went to the Mission Valley location Saturday night and each one of our orders had something missing. No avocado on one order... and they never provided the avocado even though the receipt shows it was paid for, no cheese on another order even though theultimate burger includes cheese, and also no whip cream on the strawberry shake even though it comes with it. When they saidpretty much "too bad" blaming us for the mistakes, we asked for a refund, and they said to call HR because we had done the orderon the kiosk and when we asked for a phone number or email to HR, they said they didn't know them. We were also confused why HRwould handle a refund. Also, the manager, if the taller guy with the gray shirt is the manager, finally gave us a piece ofcheese after asking multiple times, but it was dry and cold. I?m so disappointed. You pay $7 for a burger char burger that is not a sloppy burger. No care put into making my burgers. Just... slapped together sloppy as hell. No more fast food for me. You gotta earn my money. Read more

Good burgers, nice vibe inside. Went at 8pm and they were all out of hand sanitizer and only 1 ketchup dispenser working, but... very nice counter staff that answered all my questions of ingredients (lactose intolerant..) and offered a sani wipe that theyuse for tables instead of the sanitizer.. was great that they bring the food to you!
