The food is fresh and presents beautifully. The staff knows the craft and does great work. The free water cups are quite... large. The steak eas flavorful and tender,despite being overcooked. This place is decent when they get your orden correct, which doesn?t seem to be often lately. To add insult to injury, they are... unresponsive to complaints of such that are sent to the email address provided on the website. After notifying them of thefirst occurrence and not hearing anything back, this happened to me again twice!!! And these are not minor mistakes as mysalads were missing many of the standard ingredients that come with them per the menu. There was also bacon hidden in myvegetarian salad with tofu, and my request for double dressing was ignored. Once you increase the size of your salad and startto add proteins, the prices here start to align with Mary?s Gourmet Salads in La Jolla, to which there is NO COMPARISON in termsof quality and taste. I LOVE salads, and don?t think there are enough restaurants out there that serve healthy, delicious ones,so I hope this place gets its stuff together and fix whatever is causing all of these errors. The salads are great! Fresh ingredients with many choices, HOWEVER we've visited the Green Spot in 4 S Ranch 3 weeks in a row... and each time one of the salads was missing several of the ingredients we had ordered.
