Visited this Taco Bell location at Imperial Beach, CA. The food was just ok the tortillas seemed old. I paid for extra sour... cream on my burrito and I didn?t get any! I also don?t like that they keep the taco sauces behind the counter now! I have to goup and ask for sauce and they won?t give you but a few! Also the prices at Taco Bell have gotten outrageously expensive! Weordered two burritos and two medium drinks and our bill was $18!! I can remember the day not too long ago maybe before pandemicu could buy a taco or regular burrito for under a dollar! I am not eating out at fast food much anymore because of these costincreases! Great service, amazing food and diarrhea inducing just like I was expecting. Ordered a combo box with a fat burrito, chalupa... with chalula(that I brought), a Doritos taco and nachos with cheese. I killed it in record time and proceeded to remodel mybathroom at home if ya know what I mean, my own special kind of Baha Blast. I did have a Baha Blast to drink which contributedto the thUNDER storm significantally. 10/10 will return. Read more

First time i go to taco bell customer service was so but so great...we went thru drive thru guy who took our order his name... Antonio omg i was in shock but he gave us what i never experienced in fast food first....eye contact, greet us with smile, heengage conversation knowledge how our day was going omg was GREAT....this guy Antonio went all the way to give us bestservice..wish all fast food where like this man thank you Antonio...... I never really cared much for the food here, but we do stop by when we're in a hurry and need food fast. Plus Prices are very... affordable, but what i really like about this Taco Bell is the customer service! You can tell they put a lot of effort intomaking their customers happy! They always greet with a smile and ask how I'm doing. Especially in the drive thru. They are veryfriendly, quick and efficient at getting you the food. Need to get their names next time to give them a shout out. Read more
So slow it was painful. The order was correct. I gave them a two because the staff was friendly and helpful and working hard, so... I didn't want to dis them. It's a management/efficiency issue. The person that took my order, must have been having a bad day. I could barely hear this person talking and when I said... "hello"when I went to the first window, silence. Took my card closed the window. Opened the window handed me my card I said"thank you" and silence. Closed the window without saying a word. Not happy about that. The food was good as usual, not thefirst window tonight. The second window was totally different, very nice and friendly. Disappointed.?? Read more
