Bad customer service. The line is always closed, they only give you the option to order on the kiosk while there are up to 6... people in the kitchen. Registers are always closed, Long wait times. Read more
Seriously? I ordered a mango slushy for me to drink on a hot summer day to-go. But as I came home to enjoy my drink I notice... that my drink looked clear. I thought nothing of it so I took a sip. All I tasted was water. So basically Taco Bell gave me awatered down mango slushy that didn?t taste ANYTHING like a mango slushy????. Read more
love me some Taco Bell. I have been eating at Taco Bell since 1974. If it was not for the affordable prices and food I enjoy... eating during some difficult times in my life. I was also glad I could afford Taco Bells for something to eat. I really havenever had a unpleasant experience at a Taco Bell that would cause me not to ever come back. If you ever want to regret spending your hard earned money just go to this Taco Bell. You won?t regret anything else that day... but the waste of time and money you spend in this place. There is literally nothing supreme in this chalupa might as well justgo buy some flour tortillas and fill it up with tomatoes and lettuce. Now let?s talk about this taco ???????. It?s incredible Iknow times are hard but common no dam meat or effort whatsoever on this taco ????. This is the 1st time attending this locationand it will be the last. The Taco Bell (2626 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego) chain here is an absolute atrocity. I ordered some food and everything came out... horribly. They did not include a number of things on my order (hence wasted money), and I received a quesadilla with all themeat in the center and everything else looked like it was literally slapped together (an even more waste of money). QA shoulddefinitely consider reaching this food chain, the workers clearly do not care for service and quality of the food that theymake. Ruined my experience with Taco Bell. I spent close to 30 dollars for a meal, and received nothing of quality, and someitems I did not even receive at all. This chain does not care about quality or it?s customers. Read more

We pulled in the drive through line 12:30pmish, didn?t come out of that drive thru until 1amish.. It was ridiculous, the long... wait. Then, after ordering and then getting home, realized how wrong they were. I order 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, not one ofthem had ?meat? in them!! It was basically bean burritos with a whole lot of sour cream. A ripoff. I also ordered two hardshell tacos for my mother, she claimed they fell apart as soon as she opened them.. It was hardly any meat in them either!! Ithought Taco Bell was better than this, what a waste of money? Won?t ever go back to that location, and I would never recommendit. Read more
