It was about 9:15 on a Sunday night. It was a pretty long drive thru line and I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted.... The young lady on the speaker was very patient with me. The line actually moved quite quickly and when I got to the window shesmiled and took the money and passed me my food. Usually at the burger places it takes a little while after you get to thewindow. I don't know if I can say this but she was very nice to look at as well. And I'm not trying to hit on her as I'm twiceher age at least but it is nice after a long day to see someone that cares enough about herself to be presentable. Read more

They never seem to get my order right in the day time. Its way better for dinner when the girl manager is working at night. last... night she wasn't there so I just left. She should go to a different location to be recognized for the great work she does forus. Only at night. Sucks Read more
The other one star reviews are accurate. Got here for my mobile order pickup. She told us they were closed for 30 minutes. We... waited for when they opened. And then we waited another 40 minutes to get our food. I should've just driven to mira mesa to getmy food in that time. Read more
First, we sat in a line of cars 8 deep without anyone taking an order at the drive through window. Not exaggerating. While we... were waiting we watched an employee clean an empty dining room with locked doors at 545pm. When I get to the window I asked whysomeone was cleaning and no one was taking our order. The poor cashier was new. The manager came around the corner and I askedher why we sat for 20 mins with no one taking drive through orders while the employee wiped down an empty dining room. Shestated she was training the employee while we all just sat there. She refused her name but said she was the GM. Rude and notapologetic at all. My Mexican pizza was more like nacho pizza as it was broken into several pieces. I will never be back tothis Taco Bell. Your manager needs some cust service training. No thanks. Read more
Food is okay but some of the staff is unbelievably rude. There is one woman who I think may be a manager who works in the... evenings here and she?s always so sweet and amazing! I prefer the Aero Drive location- it?s worth the extra drive in my opinion. Read more
This was the worst taco bell experience i have had. Not only did i wait over 20 minutes for the food, but they told me it wasn't... even on the screen any more. I inquired into the status of the food multiple times. In the end i left without the food. I lovemy taco bell. But i will NEVER be going to this location again. Horrible service at this location. I tried going through the drive thru, and immediately the girl got on the intercom and said... it was closed - mind you it?s 5:15pm and the posted drive thru operating hours are 8am-12am. I then park, walk inside, only tosee the same girl out in the lobby (still talking on her headset) slowly wiping down all of the EMPTY tables. Not a customer wasin sight except for me, but apparently servicing me was not her priority because empty tables are way more important. How you,as an employee, instruct a customer to walk inside for help and then ignore them for 6 minutes while doing mindless work isbeyond me. This girl was pretty unprofessional to say the least and should probably be replaced. After being ignored for 6minutes, I just walked out with no food. Total waste of my time. Read more
