The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the cinnamon twists, they were the best ones I?ve ever had from any... location. Other than that, I ordered through Doordash and they gave my driver the wrong order. When I reordered, they gave me myoriginal order, meaning, the receipt in the bag was time stamped for when I placed the very first order. All the food was stonecold and starting to get hard/soggy depending on item. I know this location is busy but dang you really can?t remake an orderthat they messed up on? Read more
This location sucks seriously. The drive thru is always a long wait dont go in the evening; after 4pm you will be bumper to... bumper, forget going on the weekends - majority of people ordering drive through is doordash which really takes time and lagsfor regular people in line. Food is great, and staff are friendly. I order through the app for lobby pickup, but half the time the lobby is closed meaning I... have to wait 15-25 minutes in the drive through for what should have been a few seconds to pickup my food. EDIT: Updating myreview from 2->4. I've ordered from here 5 times since my review. The first order was close to the time of my original reviewand the lobby was closed again. However in the 4 orders since the lobby hasn't been closed yet. I'm hopping that was only atemporary issue. Read more
Just left this place. They staff was fast paced but not for the ones dining in. I ordered at the kiosk and sat for about 20... minutes waiting for my food, which is generally not "fast food." However during my wait they were able to attend to every singleDoor Dash walk in driver. I saw at least 12 Door Dash people come in and out. I finally get my food and its already soggy withhardly any internal ingredients such as the most important part of a taco, cheese. Bathrooms were nasty and definitely were notattended to "every 30 minutes" as their sign said. Only reason they aren't gettin a one star is because the Pepsi was more fullthan my food. Ordered new crispy chicken tacos one with avacado sauce and one with chipotle, both were really tasty, ordered Crunchwrap... supreme omg it had big cheez-it inside something really new and refreshing. Must tryy. Menu #4 it was. We also ordered chipotlesauce and green sauce on the side and it was the best, I did not know we can order this sauce on the side other than hot sauces.I am not a fan of sour hot sauces but this sauces are now part of my Taco Bell orders. This Taco Bell?s customer service is trash. The cashiers can never get an order correct. There is always missing items! I did... have a really good experience with the manager once, as mentioned there is always something missing in my order. He was veryquick to make it up. However, tonight will be the last time I go here lol. Diana is extremely rude and disrespectful. My orderwas missing three items, she claimed to have packed this order (she very well could have, but mistakes happen) and instead ofdouble checking the order she laughs at me continuously and tried to make me out to be a liar. It was hard to hear the person thru drivethru ordering speaker and I did not know if they got my order correct or the total... price. The area where to order was dark and feels unsafe. The food was not as I expected, it didn't look like it did in theadvertisement and. One of the items was with rice but is seemed it was mostly beans.
